Super Sad

I had the free version and loved it!! But I wanted more options. So, I bought the full version and now all the new options, I was so looking forward to, dont work. When I go to load a new origami, it errors. Instead of loading, a little exclamation mark pops up and nothing happens.
I was so excited for this and now Im super sad.
Also, I cant seem to find any app support...even when I click on app support it takes me to their website and theres no FAQs, help, or support at the site whatsoever.
